If you are forced to cancel your event due to Covid and you would like your desposit refunded we can do that within 24 hours.

If you need to cancel your event for any reason, let us know 4 weeks out and we’ll refund your desposit.

There is no refund if the event is cancelled less than 4 weeks out from the booking UNLESS its due to Covid.

You get umlimited prints (within reason), a professional booth attendant, a book for all your photos & a OneDrive link with all your images at the end of the night.

Yes, we’ll upload your photos to a password protected gallery after your event, feel free to share this with your guests who can even download their photos as well.

Proof can be sent through once the event is booked along with any other doctuments needed such as “working with children” checks.

We ask for about an hour, this will make sure we’re ready to go at the start of your event

If the event is more than 100km from the CBD then its an extra $100, if its under 100km then no, there is no fee. To see if your event is outside of 100km, click here

We don’t think anyone should be paying $900 for 4 hours with a limited supply of prints.

Yes. We can. We will set up 1 hour before your booking, if you need us to set up earlier we charge $75 fee per hour for down time.
