First & foremost, we are photographers.
Most photo booths are run by the Dj or party hire company.
This means you are getting someone who doesn’t understand photography and it’s a side hustle. Even though most photo booths are automatically run on software, you still need to set up the booths.
We get everything right, which includes taking light meter readings, we only use professional cameras, pro lighting. Steven has photographed professional sport around the world & all over Australia.
He has worked as the official photographer for the Australian Women’s Football team “The Matildas” for their Victorian-based training camps, has had images nominated for Australia’s highest photojournalism award
We aim to get everything right for you. While some photobooth businesses offer “industry standard” photos, we offer studio-quality photos. And because at the end of your event we give you a USB for free with all the photos on them, you can have reprints of the original photos (not just the strips) printed right up to large poster sizes.
You wouldn’t get your Gardner to service your car now, would you? so why get a DJ to run your photo booth?
Photography is like cooking, everyone can cook food, but you go to a restaurant if you want a meal.
Because of our photography experience and our kits, we use professional cameras, lenses & studio flashes not cheap poor quality “starter” cameras & lenses or iPads and webcams.

These cameras & lenses are made using metal and are pro or semi-pro bodies & lenses.
What are the others using?
Well, kit bodies & lenses like the following:
Canon 200DII or Nikon D3200 or even worse a webcam
These cameras & lenses are plastic, cheap, and are smaller. The images off these lenses are softer, the colours don’t look as good and focus slower.
So when getting info about your booking from other photo booths, ask what cameras they’re using, ask if they’ve ever worked in a photography studio, ask them about what photography awards they’ve won.
We won’t charge you $75 for a USB, that’s free and given to you at the end of the event, not days or weeks later. As soon as the booth is switched off, the USB is handed over.
We won’t cut your guests off as soon as your booking time is up. We’ve had events where we’ve gone an hour longer because the guests were having so much fun.
When we say “unlimited prints” we mean unlimited prints. I’ve seen posts on facebook groups of businesses complaining that someone is coming back for too many prints while offering unlimted prints with others saying they just tell them the booth needs a rest. You don’t get cut off at all you can eat pizza hut, so you won’t get cut off by us.
We won’t charge extra for a custom photo strip. It’s part of our package and service.
In addition to our photography experience, Jess & Steve both have retail management experience which helps with customer service.
